As a new Yoga season has begun, we invite you to return to the good habit of Morning Beach Yoga.
We’ve all experienced how quickly routines can slip when we take a long break. But some habits are worth keeping—and yoga on the beach is one of them. It helps us feel grounded, strong, and centered, while giving us the joy of moving together in nature.
Your presence matters—not just for your own practice, but also for the community we’ve built over the years. Regular attendance helps keep these classes going strong so we can continue to share this experience with you season after season.

The mornings are cooler now and the beach is as welcoming as ever.

      Our Regular Schedule:

  • Nokomis Beach: Daily at 9:00 AM
  • Manasota Beach: Monday–Friday at 8:30 AM
