Enjoy outdoor beach yoga at beautiful Nokomis Beach and Manasota Beach. Conveniently located for residents of Venice, South Venice, Englewood, North Port, and Wellen Park, our classes offer a wonderful way to enjoy Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.

All levels welcome. Bring a towel or blanket and clothing that allows freedom of movement. Enjoy yoga in a beautiful natural setting.

Free parking is available. Rain or Shine! Please make sure to dress warm enough on colder days. We will be there.

Support Your Beach Yoga

Accessible classes for different ages and abilities, with donations starting at $5
Cash or Venmo welcome.

Each instructor keeps their own donations. If you cannot afford to donate, you are still welcome!

Our instructors pay monthly fees to Sarasota County for permission to teach on the beach. Your donations help cover these fees, along with insurance, equipment, travel, and advertising costs. For some of our instructors, teaching yoga is their livelihood.

There are many great reasons to do Yoga. Yoga is relaxing, it lowers stress, strengthens, improves balance and posture, sharpens awareness and helps one breath better.  Beach Yoga provides all of that plus a soft and forgiving surface, fresh air, beautiful views, a connection with nature, sunlight, vitamin D and the company of many like-minded new and old friends.
