Beach Yoga in Sarasota County, Florida
Enjoy outdoor beach yoga at beautiful Manasota Beach in Englewood and Nokomis Beach in Nokomis, Florida. We welcome residents and visitors from Venice, Englewood, Nokomis, Wellen Park, and surrounding Sarasota and Charlotte County communities.
Our morning and sunset beach yoga classes offer a peaceful way to stretch, improve balance, breathe deeply, and relax along Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Our experienced, certified instructors offer guidance and modifications for different abilities and experience levels. More than just yoga, we’re a friendly beach community where locals and visitors come together to move, relax, and connect. Everyone is welcome!

All levels welcome. Bring a towel or blanket and clothing that allows freedom of movement. Enjoy yoga in a beautiful natural setting.
Free parking is available. Rain or Shine! Please make sure to dress warm enough on colder days. We will be there.

Donations of $5 and up are appreciated.
Cash or Venmo welcome.
Each instructor keeps their own donations. If you cannot afford to donate, you are still welcome!
Our instructors pay monthly fees to Sarasota County for permission to teach on the beach. Your donations help cover these fees, along with insurance, equipment, travel, and advertising costs. For some of our instructors, teaching yoga is their livelihood.

There are many great reasons to do Yoga. Yoga is relaxing, it lowers stress, strengthens, improves balance and posture, sharpens awareness and helps one breath better. Beach Yoga provides all of that plus a soft and forgiving surface, fresh air, beautiful views, a connection with nature, sunlight, vitamin D and the company of many like-minded new and old friends.
