Beach Yoga in Englewood, Nokomis & South Venice, Florida

Welcome to our beach yoga community! We are a group of certified and insured local yoga teachers offering outdoor yoga classes at beautiful Manasota Beach in South Venice/Englewood and Nokomis Beach on Casey Key.

Our goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming to everyone. Whether you are a longtime yoga practitioner, a beginner, a local resident, or visiting Florida, you are welcome to join us.

Practicing yoga outdoors offers a wonderful opportunity to stretch, improve balance, build strength, breathe deeply, and relax in the peaceful surroundings of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Our Beach Yoga Locations

Manasota Beach — South Venice / Englewood, FL

Join us for morning beach yoga at Manasota Beach. Our classes welcome all levels and offer a friendly way to start your day with movement, fresh air, and relaxation.

Nokomis Beach — Casey Key, Nokomis, FL

Enjoy beach yoga at beautiful Nokomis Beach, where we come together to stretch, move, breathe, and unwind in a relaxed outdoor setting.

Support Your Beach Yoga

Donations of $5 and up are appreciated. Cash or Venmo welcome.

Each instructor keeps their own donations. If you cannot afford to donate, you are still welcome!

Our instructors pay monthly fees to Sarasota County for permission to teach on the beach. Donations help cover these fees, along with insurance, equipment, travel, and advertising costs.
