Casey Key is a fantastic destination for Yoga, recognized as one of the 7 most popular beaches to practice yoga in the US. We are incredibly fortunate to call these stunning, peaceful beaches our “yoga studio.”
Bring your favorite blanket, a refreshing bottle of water, and comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. Our Yoga classes welcome all abilities and ages with open arms!
Both locals and visitors are warmly invited. Classes thrive on donations made in the spirit of generosity.
There are countless wonderful reasons to embrace Yoga. It relaxes, lowers stress, strengthens, enhances balance and posture, sharpens awareness, and improves breathing. Beach Yoga offers all these benefits plus a soft and gentle surface, invigorating fresh air, breathtaking views, a special connection with nature, sunlight, vitamin D, and the joy of sharing moments with many like-minded friends—old and new!
