Nokomis Beach Yoga: Daily 9AM
Classes are for every age and every body. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and stay or get fit.
Fall is here but in Florida the most beautiful season is still to come.
Yoga Season on Manasota Beach starts now. Join us for our regular yoga classes in the sand. 
Yoga mats are not necessary a towel or blanket will do. A beginner is just as comfortable in our classes as a more advanced yogi.
